RETURN ITEMS AND CONDITIONS
We recommend sending your return from NZ Post and ensuring you can track the parcel as we do not accept responsibility for lost packages.
Once the package is received we will endeavour to inspect and process your return as soon as practicable, providing the item is deemed to be in the original condition in which it was sent. We endeavour to process your return weekly on Thursdays. However, This may take up to 10 working days during peak periods. Please contact us if you have not received your refund or exchange within 10 days of us receiving your returned items. During peak periods, Love Knot War Ltd cannot guarantee returns will be processed within our weekly Thursday returns. During these periods, some exchanges may not be processed if your requested product is out of stock, and a refund will be processed instead. To avoid missing out, We recommend placing a new order online and returning your original items for a refund to avoid exchange products selling out. You will receive a email to notify you weather a refund or exchange was made on your return.
All products returned for refund or exchange must be returned in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with all tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged items must be returned with the original packaging, and the return slip filled out wit name and order number, in brand new condition or it may not be accepted (unless faulty). Love Knot War Ltd may refuse to refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.
Love Knot War Ltd reserves the right to reject any returns based on significant damage to the product or packaging. Once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price, a refund is not available.
If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange to replace the damaged products.
Return freight charges are not covered by love Knot War.
If you are returning your non-sale item for a full refund, please not that a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable, or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order as you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
Love Knot war Ltd will not accept any “collect on delivery” deliveries. Any returns sent “collect on Delivery” will have the postage costs deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be credited through your original payment method.
LAYBUY – All purchases completed via laybuy payments option are required to follow our standard returns policy as above – refunds are processed back via laybuy. Once the refund as been processed by Love Knot War Ltd it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with Laybuy/Afterpay
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD – All refunds will be processed back onto the original payment option, and could take a few days to process and clear depending on bank holidays and their debiting/Crediting procedures.
LOYALTY POINTS – Points that have been acquired on products returned will be deducted from your points account once refund has been processed.
Loyalty Points Program may be terminated at anytime without notice to you. In the event the Loyalty Program is terminated, The Setup reserves the right to cancel all points acquired by you.
If you have a faulty product, please contact us in the first instance on email@example.com and after speaking with us follow the return steps above. Faulty products may be returned outside of the regular return times recorded above so long as the product is still under warranty. We stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 6 month manufacture garment warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 to provide a remedy.
You must enclose your original invoice with a detailed description of the fault.
We will endeavour to process all refunds and/or replacements within 48 hours of receiving the faulty product.
If your order is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage of up to NZD$10.00 this includes postage only, packaging is at an additional cost to the customer.
If you wish to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Love Knot War Ltd in the original packaging, unmarked and in good condition.
If items are being posted back, please place any product packaging inside a satchel and do not attach any labelling to the outside of the packaging. If the packaging has been marked or is in unsatisfactory condition, there may be a chance that we will be unable to exchange or refund the product.
